SHIPPING POLICY

At Baseline Runners, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. Please read the following shipping terms to understand how we handle the delivery of your purchases.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you if there are delays.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We do not ship to PO Boxes, international addresses, or freight forwarding services.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@baselinerunners.co.za with your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY
Baseline Runners reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
