DELIVERY TERMS:

Deliveries are done during business hours (Mon-Fri: 09:00 – 17:00). There are no weekend or public holiday deliveries.

If delivery can not take place to the specified address, Baseline Runners will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements.

Thank you for shopping at Baseline Runners. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

REFUNDS


We offer a 7-day refund policy for items you are not completely satisfied with. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@baselinerunners.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please double-check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not visible, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@baselinerunners.co.za.



EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@baselinerunners.co.za within 3 days of receiving the item. 
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
